In a culture where “If it is not posted, it did not happen,” there is a thin line where privacy begins and ends.   Is your privacy really private or public?  In today’s episode, James and I discuss why privacy should be a boundary set and established in every household.  Take some time to do some inward reflecting and ask yourself, “Whose opinion matters most to you?” and “Whose approval are you living for?”

On the other hand, anger and resentment may stir up in the next person when you adopt the word “No.”
