Led from the Heart, family-focused vision aims to support and serve the family of Heart Warriors by providing education to prevent complications and improve long-term health, family counseling, and financial assistance to ease the transition from the hospital to home.

our mission
As promising research advances in detecting early diagnosis, treatment options, and prevention of CHDs, the strategy to make the vision a reality is to present events and fundraising opportunities to educate the public about heart defect conditions.
Funding will ultimately support lodging at our very own House of Hearts for families to stay, whether far or near while attending the bedside of their Heart Warrior.
